It's always happy in our Hospital

In spite of the difficulties, we did manage to see The kingdom, if only on video. Which may be better, because it's not a movie. It's a four-episode TV series, originally, and it looks like it. I don't know how would I have managed sitting in the cinema for the whole lengh of it. I'd choke on the popcorn.

That strange danish guy, Lars Von Terrier, remarkable for Breaking The Waves - best movie of last year unless you count Showgirls, is back, but unfortunately his shoulder-camera is back with him.

Well, all this is true IF you can survive the first hour..... so boring you wish that someone will give you a very strong blow on the head and you will see some stars.

You can't ask for too much. What do you want, Demi Moore as that old psychic woman? Richard Gere as the annoying Swedish doctor? Alicia Silverstone as the girl ghost? Bruce Willis as Hawk?

i thought about (in the same order): Emma thompson, Tommy lee Jones, Anna Paquine and Tom Cruise. and i can ask for anything i like, maybe i wont get it but that's an entirely different story.....

And it's all directed by David Lynch, yeah. And it better speak English, while wer'e at it - It's not that I have anything against danish, but it's just, you know, Ugly. Like Hebrew.

i have to disagree with you again, i like it in danish. did you know that the norwegian king is danish?

I'll mention it to Cat. But anyway, we're nitpicking here... so besides the boring beginning, the shaking camera, the language and the swedish doctor, it's real good, isn't it?

i hate when i have to agree with you, but yes it's a very good movie indeed. and when the 4.5 hours are over you wish for more...

And there will be more! I was very surprised to find out, but it turns out they're filming 9 more episodes! But I can't imagine what will be on them. the ending of this series is a bit, um, hehehe. You know.

the next episode: the young doctor deliver a full size man, baby ghost. and the other ghosts are wrecking the hospital. and the two sweet kids that wash the dishes continue to wash the dishes.

Yeah, that sounds about right. Then on the following episodes, the devil comes up to the elevator, Aliens come down to kidnap the swedish guy, the ghosts are having a party but won't play with Casper, Rosemary's baby is hospitalized with a flu and marries Bruke from The Bold and The Beautiful.

Suspense!! Will the old woman would ever leave the hospital?

Will the kids ever stop washing the dishes?

Will the delivery go well?

Who killed Laura Palmer?

My priest would never tell on me!
