Routine

Do you want to hear my excuses?

Nah, you don't. You don't want to hear about my troubles. You just want to amuse yourselves.

I don't know if you noticed, but the graphics of this page are getting to be a bit, well, crappy. Old, that is. The graphics haven't changed; the environment changed. That is, other sites are getting better. simple text and images will not do anymore; you have to have real design, impressive Java thingies, and a black background for anyone to even notice you.

I'm an easily affected person. A major update of The Page is planned, and has been, for a while now. Everything I stated above, except the black background. this page will look good, damnit.

The Catch?

A day and a half each week.

That is, most webmasters have more than that to put in their pages.

I don't. Since this whole Mars-project came along, we ISF guys rarely see home. Old, beat-up excuse, I know. True, though. Those of you who's read Shout know about my loving relationship with the army; this hasn't changed. I hate every second of it. luckily, I only have to suffer two and a half million more of those. (It's not as long as it sounds).

Meanwhile, my so-called life has become more routine than ever. A week of stupidity, home on friday afternoon, movie and a Little Cafe with May, then a saturday of not quite making a web page, plus other life tidbits like eating, sleeping and meeting my family. Too tired for anything else.

Already I calculated that I invested in each of the previous Pages more time than I was actually home. This is entirely impossible, but go explain that to the guys at Cool Site of the Day; for some reason they failed to put on a category of "Best site done by a guy with no spare time at all".

So, it's been three months since the last Page. Oh, well. This is going to change soon.

I still don't know how exactly it's going to change, but I'm absolutely certain it will. My life are going to change, and this site is a part of it. I'm close to the edge.
